2024 PPRPFFA Virtual Exhibition

Registration for the 2024 PPRPFFA Virtual Exhibition is now open! To register, complete the form fields below, upload a video exhibition for each class (2 minutes or less per class, please), and click "Go to Checkout" to submit payment details. Registration is a flat fee of $10 per exhibitor. You can participate in as many classes as you'd like!

After registration closes, we will upload videos for the community to vote on their favorite submissions. Winners will be determined by the community votes, not a judge. First place winners will receive a special 1st place ribbon. All other exhibitors will receive a participation ribbon to remember the event.

Note: All ages may exhibit. However, registration for anyone aged 13 or under must be submitted by a parent or guardian. Registration is open only to current PPRPFFA members.

Terms and conditions

By registering and participating in the 2024 PPRPFFA Virtual Exhibition, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • I hereby release PPRPFFA, Inc. and their affiliates, officers, servants, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me / my horse / others, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the Exhibition.

  • I consent to the use of my video submissions, including still images from my video submissions, for show advertising and brochures by PPRPFFA, Inc.

  • I understand that my submitted videos will be uploaded to the Internet, including posting on social media, and thus will be publicly accessible, viewable, and downloadable. I expressly consent to the upload and sharing of my submitted videos as well as any and all of the information provided in this form, as warranted to carry out the Virtual Exhibition.

  • I understand that PPRPFFA reserves the right to decline any submission, in whole or in part, to the Virtual Exhibition, for any reason.

  • I confirm that I am 13 years of age or older, and the owner of the horse named in this form. If the rider is under 13, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the rider.

Note: After clicking the Checkout button, the button will turn gray and your videos will begin uploading. Please be patient! The upload may take some time depending on the number of entries and your internet connection. After the video uploads are complete, the Checkout page will load. Thanks for supporting the PPRPFFA!
